BEST MAN, BRIDE MAID THERE, TOO. No One of Family Misses the Event - Included Visitors From Battle Creek. Bellevue, Oct. 5 (1929?) Few may hope to observe a golden wedding anniversary, but even fewer are enabled to observe such an event in the way of Mr. & Mrs. Charles A. Scott, of Bellevue. Their celebration which occured Friday, was remarkable in that Mr. & Mrs. Alfred Seitler, of Bellevue, who stood up with them when they were married 50 years ago, were able to attend. The experiences of that day in the dim past were recalled with mutual delight by the aged couples. It was a complete observance in that all the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the couple were able to attend. Mr & Mrs. Scott were married at Sunfield, Mich. His age is 74 and hers is 67. Their four children are: Mrs. J.H. White; Mrs O. L. Church; Blanche M. Hamaker and Leonard A. Scott all of Bellevue. They have six grandchildren: Mrs. W. S. Lawson, Amy White, Donald Church, Allen Church, Gladys Foster & Norman Norris. The two great-grandchildren are Robert Lawson, 7 and Mary Elizabeth Foster, five months. Others in attendance were George Scott and family of Battle Creek. Mr. Scott is a brother of Charles Scott; Mr. & Mrs. W. J. Krebs of Sunfield (she, a sister of Mr. Scott), and Mr. & Mrs. Clyde Davidson, Jackson; Mr. & Mrs. Floyd Davidson, Mr. & Mrs. Fred Cosgrove and Mr. & Mrs. Seitler, all of Bellevue.
