I, Polly McDerby, of the township of Kalamo, county of Eaton, state of Michigan, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following: First: I give devise and bequeath to S. Clark Tarbell all of my estate, real, personal or mixed of which I shall be seized or possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, to have and to hold the same to him and his assigns forever. I appoint S. Clark Tarbell sole executor of this my last will and testament.
