Polly McDerby died in Eaton County, Mi. May 24, 1908. This was her
will.

I, Polly McDerby, of the township of Kalamo, county of Eaton, state
of Michigan, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last
will and testament in manner and form following:

First: I give devise and bequeath to S. Clark Tarbell all of my estate,
real, personal or mixed of which I shall be seized or possessed, or
to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, to have and
to hold the same to him and his assigns forever.

I appoint S. Clark Tarbell sole executor of this my last will and
testament.

In testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal and publish and decree
this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the witnesses
named below, this twenty-first day of March, in the year one thousand
nine hundred and two.
