All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/mi/mifiles.htm ************************************************ I Jacob Stine, of the township of Vermontville, Eaton County, Michigan, being of sound and desposing mind and memory do make, publis, and declare, this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament. That is to say after all my legals debts are paid. I give desire and bequeath to my wife Caroline Stine, all the real and personal property I die possessed of, to be used by her during her natural lifetime, and at her death to be equally divided between my surviving children and to the children of any deceased child, if any there should be at the time of the death of my said wife, such children taking their parents share which shall be equally divided between them. Provided however that my said wife may dispose of ant of the personal property and use the proceeds thereof should she need the same for her support. I hereby appoint my wife Caroline Stine, as Exectutrix of this instrument, hereby revolking all former Wills by me at ant time made. In witness whereof I Jacob Stine, have to this my Last Will and Testament subscribed my name and set my seal this eighteenth day of September 1890.
