Additional Comments:
William "Bill" was born in Mackinaw City on Jan. 16, 1925, the son of Leo and
Marguerite (Burgess) Paquet.  He had two brothers, Leo and Jack and a sister
Miriam. 
He married Minnie Jean Schneider on Sept. 9, 1946, at St. Anthony's Church in
Mackinaw City.  They raised 14 children in Mackinaw. 
Bill retired from the railroad as switchman several years ago and held many jobs
in the Mackinaw City area since. He was a former Mackinaw City fire chief and
coached high school basketball for a number of years.
