Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Vernon Chapel, Brown Funeral Home, Rev. James R. Breckenridge officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery. Mrs. Burley will lie in state at the Brown Funeral Home, 1616 Davison Road. Mrs. Burley was born in Bay City, Michigan on March 31, 1903 and had lived almost her entire life in Flint. She was a member of Parkland Presbyterian Church. Surviving are: Husband, Willis A., 3 sons, Donald of Savannah, Georgia, Wills Jr. of Flint, and Chester of Clio; 4 daughters, Mrs. John (Frances) Miller of Flint, Mrs Frank (Donna) Trigger of Flint, Mrs. Robert (Barbara) Rose of Howell, Michigan, and Mrs. Richard (Ruby) Gengler of Chesaning, Michigan; 29 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, William Slusser of Chesaning, Michigan, Ralph Slusser of Roscommon, Michigan, Justus Slusser of Flint and Carol Slusser of Bentley, Michigan; 2 sisters, Mrs. Minnie Noble of Flint and Mrs. Mary Daniels of Clio; several nieces and nephews.
