Washburn WI. News - January 1967
MRS. VIC (LILLIAN) CAMERON DIED IN MICH.

Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Victor Cameron, 68, in Flint, 
Mich., on Jan. 7, 1967.   She was the former Lillian H. Henderson and was a 
Washburn resident until moving to Flint, Michigan.

She was born here on April 23, 1898.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Buytas, Livonia, Mich., and Mrs. 
Kay Major, of Rochester, Mich.; one brother, George (Dorty) Henderson, Solana 
Beach, Calif and one sister, Mrs. Mable Carlson, Crosby, Minn.  she is also 
survived by several grandchildren.

Her husband Victor Cameron, preceded her in death on Dec. 4, 1965 in Flint, 
Mich.

Funeral services were held Jan. 10, at the <t. Vernon Chapel in Flint, with 
Rev. Bruce Benson officiating.  Burial was in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery.

Additional Comments:
This obituary is incorrect in that Lillian died in Rochester, Oakland Co., MI, 
where she had been living with her daughter Kay Major.  Also her birth place 
was Houghton, WI., not Washburn.  Her husband Victor died in Cuyahoga Falls, 
Summit Co., Ohio, not Flint, Mich.

This would be my maternal Grandmother.
