Married:  Huldah Spencer in Chicago.
Military: veteran of World War 1.
Died:  Sunday morning, Dec. 16, 1973 at Dunedin, Florida
Memorial service:  Wednesday evening by Saginaw Valley Lodge No. 154, F&AM
Funeral: Thursday(December 20, 1973) - Klein-Drauss Funeral Home - Rev. Charles 
Robinson officiating.
Burial: Birch Run cemetery
Member:  Saginaw Valley Lodge No. 154, F&AM; Taymough Presbyterian Church (and 
elder); World War 1 Barracks No. 471; past president of Downtown Saginaw Lions 
Club and U.C.T.; life member of Elf Khurafeh Shrine; St. Bernard Commandery; 
Bay City Consistory; Elks Lodge No. 47; past president of Wildwood Hunting Club.
Occupation: owned and operated Chisholm Flowers in Saginaw over 40 years - 
retiring in 1971.
Survivors: wife; daughter Mrs. Donald (Carol) Kubik of Saginaw; several nieces 
and nephews.
