Flint Journal - 1946
GILBERT- Jessie E. Gilbert, 1228 Aveneue C, age 84, died Tuesday, August 20, 
1946, at Hurley Hospital.  Funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, August 
22, 1946, from Groves & Co Chapel.  Rev. H. W. Colenso officiating.  Burial in 
Mt. Morris Cemetery.  Cause of death was complications after an illness of 2 
months.  She was born in Detroit, September 28, 1861, and had lived in Flint 
for 25 years.  Surviving are:  2 brothers, Sherman and Ray Albro, both of 
Flint; 1 sister, Mrs. Alice Hollinger of Flint; 1 grandson Donald Henry, at 
home
