JENNINGS, Carl V. - 17277 East Street Rd., New Lothrop, age 73, died Tuesday
December 24, 1974, at St. Joseph Hospital. Funeral services will be held 1 PM
Friday from Brown Funeral Home, Rev. Richard Phillips officiating.  Burial in
Flint Memorial park Cemetery.  Mr. Jennings will lie in state at Brown Funeral
Home, 1616 Davison Rd. Visitation 8 AM to 10 PM.  Friends may make contributions
to the Montrose Baptist Church Memorial Fund.  Mr. Jennings was born in Mt.
Pleasant, Michigan, October 21, 1901, and had been a resident of Flint the last
50 years.  He was a member of Montrose Baptist Church, and had been employed by
Buick Motor Division for 40 years, retiring in 1965.  Surviving are: Wife,
Mildred, Daughter, Mrs. Donald (Genevieve) Hubbard of Flushing; son, Kendall of
Texas; 5 grandchildren; 4 great granddaughters, 2 brother, Paul of Winn,
Michigan and Clyde of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan; sister, Mrs. Marion Ayers of Alma,
Michigan; several nieces and nephews.
