LEE – Sophie T. Lee, 301 E. Marengo, age 54, died Tuesday, June 7, 1949, at Goodrich 
General Hospital.  Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Friday, June 10, 1949 from 
Colonial Chapel, Reigle Funeral Home, 2417 S. Saginaw St. Rev. Raymond C. Swanson 
officiating.  Burial in Flint Memorial Park.  Body will be at the funeral home.  Death was 
due to an illness of 2 weeks.  Lived in Flint last 25 years.  Surviving are: Husband, 
Chester H.; 2 daughters, Mrs. Bernard Demski and Miss Sonja Anderson of Detroit; 4 
grandchildren; mother and sister in Sweden.
