McDonnell, John A.
McDonnell, aged 65 died yesterday morning at his home in Mt Morris Township, of 
pneumonia, following a 10 day illness.  He was born in Blenheim, Ontario in Oct 
1956 the son of Mr. and Mrs. Angus McDonnell.  He lived for the last 11 years 
on a farm just outside the city limits on the Flushing Rd.  On May 26, 1877 he 
was married to Agnes Slingerlend.  He was a member of the Maccabees.  He leaves 
his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Louis Benson of Alabaster, Mrs. J. H. Robinson 
of Genoa, Ohio, Mrs. Charles Welch of Niles, Michigan, three sons Ernest and 
James of Flint, Franklin C. McDonnell of Minnesota, two brothers Albert 
McDonell of Flint and Alexander McDonell of North Lancaster, Ontario.
