Mrs. Maxine Johnson Schoonmaker, 61, of Kershaw, passed away Saturday, April 
21.  Born in Flushing, Mich., she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Edith 
Y. Johnson.  She was a member of Son Light Community Church of  the Nazarene.  
Surviving are her husband, Maynard J. Schoonmaker, of Kershaw.  At the request 
of Mrs. Schoonmaker, funeral services will be private.  Memorials may be made 
to Son Light Community Church of  the Nazarene, 571 Monroe Hey., Lancaster, SC 
29720.  Cauthen Funeral Home is in charge
