THOMSON - Catherine Florence Thomson, 410 S. State St., Davison, Mich., age 
53, died Wednesday, June 8, 1949 at the residence.  Funeral services will be 
held at 10 A.M. Saturday, June 11, 1949 from St. Johns Catholic Church, Rev. 
Fr. Earl V. Sheridan officiating. Burial in Davison Cemetery, Davison. 
Remains will be at Groves and Co. Funeral Home in Davison, Michigan.  Death 
was due to complications after an illness of 6 months.  She was born in 
Holt, Michigan, July 22, 1895, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John King.  Came to 
Davison 14 years ago from Brown City, Michigan.  Member of St. Johns 
Catholic Church, Womens Club, Davison Book Club, 20th Century Club, Jolly 
20th Club, American Legion Auxiliary.  Surviving are: Husband, Charles; 
daughter, Helen J. Thomson of Kansas City, Missouri; son, Charles M. Thomson 
of Los Angeles, California; 2 grandchildren; brother, Matthew King of 
Toledo, Ohio; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Rosary 
will be said at 8:30 P.M. Friday.
