The news article I have - special to Free Press- states Frank Waider 50 died in Hurley Hospital and says Waider's Foreman, Jack Hanlon, 43, is in critical condition with 85 per cent burns. I remember my mother and father traveling to Michigan to go to see him in the hospital. He died while they were there. I was a small child and did not know the family. The Hanlon's came from Monet Missouri. The article also says the plant is a division of Borg Warner Corp. It employs 350.
