Harold L. Aleshire, 76, of 251 Flynn Dr., Gladwin, died Tuesday, Dec. 25, 
1990, in the MidMichigan Regional Medical Center, Midland, of injuries 
received in an auto accident Dec. 3. Born in Portage Center, Ohio, Aug. 11, 
1914, he moved to Gladwin County 10 years ago from Elsie. Mr. Aleshire was a 
farmer and a member of the Secord Baptist Church. Surviving are a companion. 
Annie Oakley of Gladwin; and 2 half sisters, Rosa Baderischer of Rawson, Ohio 
and Leona Staley of Arcadia, Fla. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sadie 
Schultz Nov. 16. Rites were held Friday at 1 p.m. from the Hall Funera Home, 
Gladwin Chapel. Pastor Frank Scott officiated and burial was in the Beaverton 
Cemetery.
