SERVICES HELD FOR ANDREW ALLEN

   Andrew M. Allen, 57, died in Detroit Wednesday, May 15,. A veteran of World 
War II, he was born in Paulding county, Ohio on August 31, 1899. He made his 
home in Gladwin county most of his life. 
   Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Rose Allen of Gladwin; two sisters, Mrs. 
Myrta Cripps of Gladwin and Mrs. Mary Grove of Beaverton; four brothers, 
Wilbert of Gladwin, Earl of Flint, Carl and Melvin of Midland.
   Services were held Sunday at the Hall Funeral Home, the Rev. Henry C. Hall 
officiating. Burial was in Ridge cemetery. [Gladwin County Record dated 05-
