Aylsworth, 79, of Huntsville, Ala. And formerly of Gladwin, died Thursday, Jan. 24, in the Humana Hospital, Huntsville, following a long illness. Born at Lake Ann April 6, 1905, he came to Gladwin County in 1966. He was a millwright for General Motors in Flint. Mr. Aylsworth was a member of the Benzonia F & A M Lodge 460. He was married to the former Lillian Graham Feb. 11, 1928, in Jackson. Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Merle of Gladwin; 3 daughters, Mrs. Eugene (Mildred) Kettelson of Gladwin, Mrs. Patrick (Helen) Hopper of Missouri and Mrs. Robert (Nina) Mitchell of Alabama; 2 brothers, Bob and Gordon of Flint; 17 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 children, 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the Sisson-Mathews Funeral Home. The Rev. Roger Hardy officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery.
