Barber, 51, of Midland, died Friday, June 22, in the Midland Hospital Center following a long illness. Ola M. Rise was born April 19, 1933, in Beaverton and had been a lifelong resident of this area. She was a member of the Auburn United Methodist Women and was the church organist for 15 years. Surviving are one son, Thomas Dubey of Munger, 5 daughters, Mrs. John (Yvonne) Marsh and Mrs. Joseph (Karen) Richardson of Auburn, Mrs. Kim (Vickie) Lynch of Midland, Mrs. David (Rosemary) Standfest of Traverse City and Mrs. Bruce (Dianne) Standfest of Utica; one brother, Donald of Mt. Pleasant, 3 sisters, Mrs. Ilene Brown of Bowling Green, Ohio, Mrs. Maxine Seipke of Gladwin and Mrs. Wanda Malosh of Beaverton. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Dawn Marsh, in March. Services were held June 25, at the Auburn United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Joseph Ablett officiating. Burial was in Dale Cemetery, Beaverton.
