Bergman, 66, who died suddenly when she suffered a heart attack Sunday evening at Coleman. She was driving home from visiting her sister-in-law, Mrs. John Soule, at Alma, who is ill. She was accompanied by another sister-in-law, Mrs. Hazel Kithchen, of Beaverton. The Rev. Verne Summers will officiate and burial is in Dale Cemetery. The former Miss Sadie L. Kitchen was born on March 8, 1893, in Gladwin Township and was married to Carl Bergman. He preceded her in death in 1938. A lifetime resident of Gladwin County, Mrs. Bergman retired last year from teaching schools in Billings and Winegars for a number of years. She had been a substitute teacher in Beaverton schools this year. Survivors include a brother, Leslie Kitchen, of Beaverton; a sister, Mrs. Fleda Force, of Flint; two aunts, Mrs. Stanley Bays, of Saginaw, and MRs. Lydia Baker, of Battle Creek; and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers, Alva and Oliver, preceded her in death.
