Gladwin County Record dated 11-14/1973 Column - 6 Page - 2 
Mrs. Elizabeth Boos, 89, died Saturday, November 10 at the home of her 
daughter, 660 Dale Road, Beaverton, following and extended illness. Mrs. Boos 
was born in Hamburg, Germany, February 14, 1884, and was married to William 
Boos in 1911. They came to Gladwin County 24 years ago from Detroit. He 
preceded her in death June 24, 1957.
   Surviving are her daughter, Mrs. Harry (Martha) Longstreth of Beaverton; 2 
sons, Harry of Gregory, and Cleo of Howell; 2 sisters, Mrs. Louise Wippich and 
Mrs. Minnie Frantz, both of Scranton, Pa.; 6 grandchildren and 7 great 
grandchildren.
   Services were held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Hall Funeral Home, 
Beaverton, with the Rev. Zina Bennett officiating. Burial was in Dale 
Cemetery, Beaverton.
