RITES TODAY FOR MRS. H. E. BOYLEN

   Services were held today (Wednesday) at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home 
for Mrs. Anna Boylen, 75, of Hay Township, who died Sunday after a long 
illness. The former Ann Clayton was born Sept. 17, 1889, in Weston, W. Va. She 
was married to Hurley E. Boylen on Sept. 23, 1911, in Weston and moved to 
Gladwin in 1935. Besides her husband she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. 
Bernadine Moss, of Beaverton; a brother, Charles, of Newark; Ohio; six 
grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Two sons and a daughter preceded 
her in death. The Rev. Gordon Showers officiated and burial was in Dale 
Cemetery.
