H. BOYLEN Ronald H. Boylen, 44, of Buckeye township, died suddenly at his home early Monday, of a heart attack. A Gladwin county resident for 20 years, Mr. Boylen was employed as a pumper with the Sun Oil CO. for the past 18 years. He was born on August 31, 1912, in Jane Lew, West Virginia, and on January 22, 1938, was married to the former Miss Harriet Green in Gladwin. Survivors include his wife, Harriet; two sons, Gary, 18, and Larry, 16; one daughter, Mary Ann, 12, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hurley E. Boylen, of Winegars; and one sister, Mrs. Bernadine Moss, of Beaverton. One brother preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 15, at 2:00 p.m. at the Miner Funeral Home. The Rev. Henry C. Hall will officiate and burial will be in Dale cemetery. Pallbearers will be Warren Gerret, Paul Yost, Lester Wright, Percy Nunn, Burl Brisendine and Cullie Lyons. Honorary bearers are Harley Collins and Gus Anderson.
