SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. BREWER

   Mrs. Lenora Brewer, 68, passed away at her home, near Beaverton, Saturday, 
July 12 from a heart attack. She had been in ill health for some time. Mrs. 
Brewer was born July 3, 1884 at Lewisville, Illinois. ON December 22, 1901, 
she was married to William Brewer at Lewisville. They moved to Beaverton about 
20 years ago from Ann Arbor and have resided here since.
   Last December the Brewers celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a 
family gathering. She was a faithful member of the Church of Christ. Surviving 
are her husband, William; six-sons, Ferdie, Lodell and Elton, of Beaverton, 
Clarence, of Whitmore Lake, and Ivo and Rollie, of Ann Arbor; three daughters, 
Mrs. Gladys Seyfried and Mrs. Bernice Wilson, of Ann Arbor, and Mrs. Luella 
Mortenson, of Big Rapids.
   Funeral services were conducted Tuesday from the Church of the Brethren 
with the Rev. Arthur Whisler officiating, with burial in the Beaverton 
cemetery.
