Oscar L. Brown, 76, of 417 S. Ross St., Beaverton, died Saturday, May 26, at 
his home. Born in Jonesville on February 29, 1908, he lived most of his life 
in Beaverton. He was retired from the Chrysler Corp. in Detroit. Mr. Brown was 
a charter member of the Beaverton Lions Club and drove a Beaverton school bus 
for many years. He was married to the former Fay Quelet on June 2, 1938, in 
Beaverton. She preceded him in death July 19, 1982. 
   Surviving are 2 daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Yvonne) Dubay of Saginaw and Mrs. 
Ray (Darlene) Balzer of Gladwin; one sister, Mrs. Bertha Nusbaum of Sturgis; 4 
grandchildren and one great grandson.
   Services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from Mathews Funeral Home. Monsignor 
Eugene Forbes officiated and burial was in the Dale Cemetery.
