Shelby Brubaker, 54, of Beaverton, died March 20, 2002 at home after a short 
illness. Born August 9, 1947 in Beaverton, she was the daughter of John and 
Wanda (Rise) Malosh. She married Anthony Brubaker November 27, 1965. Shelby 
was a lifetime resident of Gladwin County. She was a homemaker and member of 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and Albright Shores Eagles Auxiliary.
   She is survived by her husband, Anthony; her two daughters, Missy (John) 
Caffrey of Gladwin and daughter Sheri (Pete) Dodge of Beaverton; two 
granddaughters, Andrea Dodge of Beaverton and Samantha Caffrey of Gladwin; her 
mother, Wanda Malosh of Beaverton; her two brothers, John Malosh of Sanford 
and Jerry Malosh of Beaverton; her sister Diane Tuck of Beaverton; and several 
nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services were held Monday, March 25 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 
in Gladwin. Rev. Fr. Patrick Jankowiak presided. Arrangements were handled by 
the Hall Funeral Home in Beaverton. The family requested that memorials be 
made to MidMichigan Hospice.
