Gladwin County Record  1991
Mrs. Virgilene "Ann" Bruner, 65,of Gladwin, died Wednesday,Dec.11,1991, in the 
Mid Michigan Regional Medical Center, Gladwin, after a long illness. Born in 
Gladwin, July 12, 1926, she had lived in Hale from 1964 to 1991, when she 
moved back to Gladwin in August, Mrs. Bruner was a member of the Hale Baptist 
Church. The former Virgilene Demaray, she was married to David Bruner March 
21, 1947 in Gladwin. Besides her husband, she is survived by 2 brothers, Ray 
and Virgil of Gladwin; and 4 sisters, Mrs. Neva Mielke of Clare, Mrs. Gladys 
Carper of Reed City, Mrs. Verna Wade of Clio and Mrs. Rosemary Anderson of 
Gladwin. A brother Ralph, preceded her in death July 4, 1942. Services were 
held Friday at 1 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Gladwin Chalel. The Rev. 
Thomas Sluys officiated and burial was in the Butman Township Cemetary.

Additional Comments:
Aunt Ann died from cancer.
