ILLNESS FATAL TO MRS. BRUSHABER

   Mrs. Adeline Brushaber, 59, passed away on Tuesday noon, June 30, after 
several weeks of serious illness. Funeral services will be held on Friday 
afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Dale Methodist church, with the Rev. Larry 
Grubaugh officiating. Burial will be made in the Dale cemetery A short prayer 
service at the home will precede the church service.
   Adeline Neumann was born in Adrian on July 9, 1893. She came to Gladwin 
county with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Neumann in 1898, and has resided 
in Tobacco township for most of her life. She married John Brushaber in 1912. 
Surviving are her husband; five sons, Charles of Gladwin, Lloyd, Roy, John, 
Jr. and Richard, all of Beaverton; one daughter, Violet Niendorf of Saginaw; 
two brothers, Charles Neumann of Gladwin and William Neumann of Saginaw; also 
one sister Louise of Saginaw; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A 
son, Warren, passed away several years ago.
