ILLNESS FATAL TO MRS. BRUSHABER

   Mrs. Orilla Brushaber, 74, of Billings Township, died Monday following an 
illness of six months. The former Miss Orilla Pary was born April 10, 1886, in 
Owosso, and was married to William Brushaber, Sr. in Beaverton on July 10, 
1902. She spent her lifetime in Gladwin County. Her husband preceded her in 
death on August 28, 1955.
   Surviving her are two sons, Orley; of Billings Township, and William of 
Flint; a sister, Mrs. Jack LaVeque, of Billings Township; five grandchildren 
and 12 great grandchildren. Two sons, Delbert and Frank also preceded her in 
death. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:30 at the Dale Methodist 
Church. The Rev. Gordon Showers will officiate and burial is in the Dale 
Cemetery.
