RITES HELD FOR MARIE COCHRANE

   Mrs. Marie H. Cochrane, 73, of Beaverton, died Thursday, Dec. 19, at her 
home after a long illness. Born in Defiance, Ohio, on April 24, 1895, she came 
to Gladwin County in 1911. The former Marie Andrist, she was married to Ora 
Cochrane on Dec. 7, 1912, in Gladwin. 
   Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Nola May Dow of 
Goodrich, and Mrs. Imogene Dziadose of Midland; three sons, Waldo of Flint; 
Vernon of Saline and Ora Dean of Beaverton; 12 grandchildren and 12 great 
grandchildren. 
   Rites were held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home. The Rev. Reta 
Holstrom and the Rev. Henry List officiated and burial was in the Beaverton 
Cemetery.
