Gladwin County Record dated 07-02/1975 Column - 5 Page - 2
Ora Cochrane, 84, of Beaverton, died Tuesday, June 24, at Midland Hospital, 
following a short illness. He was a retired employee of Gladwin County Road 
Commission. Born in Emerson Township, Gratiot County, September 2, 1890. Mr. 
Cochrane lived most of his life in Gladwin County. He was married to Marie 
Hazel Andrist December 7, 1912, and she died December 19, 1968.
   Surviving are 3 sons, Ora of Beaverton, Waldo of Flint and Vernon of 
Saline; 2 daughters, Mrs. Nola Dow of Goodrich and Imojean Dziadosz of 
Midland; 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
   Services were held Friday at 2 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel, 
with the Rev. Charles E. Hilliard officiating. Burial was in Beaverton 
Cemetery.
