Gladwin County Record dated 04-12/1978 Column - 4 Page - 2
Frank N. Crowell, 72, of 3619 S. Martin Rd., Beaverton, died Thursday, April 
6, at the home of his sister, Mrs. Beatrice Snyder, after an illness of a 
year. Born in Gladwin County on December 12, 1905, he had spent his lifetime 
here. Mr. Crowell was a retired farmer.
   Surviving are 2 sisters, Mrs. Snyder and Mrs. Nellie Brushaber of 
Beaverton; and 2 brothers, Enos of Beaverton and John of Owosso. Rites were 
held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. Elders 
Hugh Lewis and William Bailey officiated and burial was in the Billings 
Cemetery.
