ILLNESS FATAL TO MRS. DAVIS, 97

   Mrs. Anna M. Davis, 97, died at her home in Midland County, Friday, Sept. 7 
after a long illness. She had been a Beaverton resident for 40 years, prior to 
moving to Midland County  13 years ago. Mrs. Davis was born March 19, 1865, in 
Miami County, Ohio. 
   Survivors are two daughters, Miss Mary Davis of Beaverton and Mrs. Louis 
Berg of Midland; two sons, Andrew, of Battle Creek and Arthur of Akron, Ohio; 
two sisters, Mrs. Louis Angle of Covington, Ohio, and Mrs. Charles Boman of 
Dayton, Ohio, and two grandchildren. 
   Funeral services were held Sunday from the Church of the Brethren where she 
was a member with the Rev. Arthur Whisler, assisted by the Rev. Randall Roose, 
officiating.
