Kenneth W. Davis, 82, of 485 Lang Rd., Beaverton, died Thursday, July 4, in 
the Midland Hospital Center following a long illness. Born in Nottawa 
Township, Isabella County, Aug. 16, 1902, he spent most of his life in Gladwin 
County. Mr. Davis was a mechanic in the Beaverton School System and was also 
self-employed. He was a member of the Beaverton R.L.D.S. Church. Mr. Davis and 
the former Rose Hooper were married Oct. 16, 1927, in Beaverton. 
   Besides his wife he is survived by 3 sons, Norm of Gladwin and Donald and 
Stanley of Beaverton; one daughter, Mrs. Waldo (Beulah) Hover of Beaverton; 
one brother, Harry of Tampa, Fla.; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. 
Services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton 
Chapel. Elders Harold Keeley and Leon Methner officiated and burial was in the 
Dale Cemetery.
