Willard Dugan, 81, of 315 W. Brown St., Beaverton, died suddenly Saturday, 
March 25. Born in Belpre, Ohio, on July 27, 1896, he came to Gladwin County in 
1940. Mr. Dugan retired in 1964 as a driller for North American Oil Co. He was 
married to the former Grace Bell on May 18, 1925, in Wheeling, W. Va.
   Besides his wife, he is survived by 2 sons, Donald of Midland and Gordon of 
Beaverton; and 3 grandchildren. Services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the 
Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. The Rev. Arthur Munger officiated and 
burial was in the Beaverton Cemetery. Gladwin County Record dated 03-29/1978

   Tom Dugan of Lafayette, Ind. and brother Dave Dugan of Toledo, Ohio, were 
here to attend the funeral of their grandfather Willard Dugan last Tuesday.
