Winifred J. Dugan, 64, of 323 W. Brown St., Beaverton, died Monday, Jan. 22, 
1990, in the Mid-Michigan Regional Medical Center, Midland, after a short 
illness. Born in Beaverton, Sept. 8, 1925, she had spent her lifetime there. 
Mrs. Dugan was a secretary for the Beaverton Intermediate School until 
retiring in 1984. She was a member of the Beaverton Presbyterian Church and 
the Midland Nature Club. The former Winifred Ward, she was married to Gordon 
Dugan in 1950 in Pinconning.
   Besides her husband, she is survived by 3 sons, Thomas of Petosky, David of 
Ann Arbor and Larry of Beaverton. Services will be held today, Wednesday, at 
11 a.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. The Rev. Henry List and 
the Rev. Donald Keen will officiate and burial will be in the Beaverton 
Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Beaverton Area Fire Dept. or the 
Chippewa Nature Center.
