MRS. IRA EARLY SUCCUMBS MONDAY

   Mrs. Ira Early, 72, of Beaverton, died Monday evening after a three weeks' 
illness with a heart ailment. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30 
p.m. at the Beaverton Church of the Brethren with the Rev. E. S. Hollinger 
officiating. Burial will be in the Dale cemetery. Daughter of Samuel and 
Martha Miller, Ada Early was born in North Manchester, Indiana, on October 7, 
1871. She was married to Ira Early in Woodland, Michigan, on June 3, 1897. The 
Earleys were among Beaverton's pioneer residents, moving there in 1898.
   Surviving are her husband; two sons, Gaylen, of Detroit, and Harold, of 
Cambridge, Massachusetts; two daughters, Mrs. Bertha Dykhuis, of Morenci, and 
Mrs. Glady Huber, of Bellfontaine, Ohio; and two sisters, Miss Olive Miller 
and Mrs. Weltha Long, of Beaverton.
