Eisenlohr, 64, retired Beaverton rural mail carrier, died suddenly at his home in Billing Township last night, Dec. 21. Born May 25, 1901, at Covert, he was the son of Frank and Alma Eisenlohr. He was a resident of Gladwin County nearly all his life and was the Beaverton Route 2 carrier for 30 years until his retirement several years ago. Mr. Eisenlohr and the former Miss Florence Clark, of Gladwin, were married in Beaverton April 3, 1926. He was a member of the Beaverton Masonic Lodge, the Midland Royal Arch Masons, the Beaverton Order of Eastern Star, a life member of the Genesee County Past Masters Association, and of the National Rural Letter Carriers Association. Survivors are his wife, Florence; one son, Joseph of Beaverton; one grandchild; two brothers, George of Virginia, and Boyd of Clarkston. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Hall Funeral Home with the Rev. Aaron Hyde officiating. Interment will be in the Beaverton Cemetery.
