Vera M. Erickson, 79, of Midland, died suddenly, Tuesday, July 15, 1997 at her 
home. Born May 15, 1918 in Elizabeth W. V., she lived in Midland the past 
three years and previously lived in Beaverton. She was a homemaker in her own 
home. The former Vera Brohard married Floyd (Melvin) Erickson, Oct. 8, 1939 in 
St. Louis. He preceded her in death Sept. 22, 1991.
   Surviving are two sisters, Leona and husband Carl Hayes of Midland and 
Louise Trimble of Orem, Ut.; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 
held at 11 a.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel with Pastor Dan 
Dickerson officiating. Burial will be in Tobacco Township (Dale) Cemetery, 
Beaverton.
   Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m tomorrow (Thursday). Those planning an 
expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the donor's favorite 
charity.
