Clemens General in Mt. Clemens. She was born September 12, 1921 to Gustaf and Bertha (Mitchell) Strassburg in Romeo, Michigan. Edna was a homemaker and lived in Gladwin County since 1965, moving from Mt. Clemens. She belonged to St. Anne's Catholic Church in Edenville. Edna married the late Harold Schnell on Septemer 19, 1942 in Richmond, Michigan and later married Clare Palmer. Surviving are daughters Luanna (Jerry) Fox of Clinton Township, Lynn (Michael) Kessler of Columbia Falls, MT, Cindy (David) Vedard of Harrison, son Randy Palmer of Farwell, daughter Gwen (Austin) Wood of Farwell, Greta (Thomas) Burn of New York Hghts., NY, son Paul Palmer of Midland, 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, sisters Ruby Brunk of Daytona, Florida and Elda Kirk of Hermiston, Oregon, several nieces and nephews. Edna was preceded by a son Larry, parents and five brothers and sisters. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, May 15, 200l at l0:30 am at St. Louis Catholic Church in Clinton Township, Michigan. jic
