Donald L. Farrow Sr., 70, of Lake, died suddenly Friday, Feb. 18, 2000 at 
home. Born April 13, 1929 in Gladwin, he was a lifetime resident of Clare 
County. Donald married Grace Blades, March 23, 1957 in Beaverton. He was a 
mechanic for McClure Brothers in Clare, retiring in 1982 after 36 years. He 
was a member of the Lake Eagles Aerie 3761.
   Besides his wife he is survived by the following children, Vickie and David 
Wheeler and Sheri Renas, all of Gladwin, Judy and Michael Janice of Beaverton, 
Candi and Dennis Kellsey of Weidman, Donald L. Farrow Jr. of Farwell, Roger 
Farrow, Eugene and Lisa Farrow of Lake, Linda Priest of Gladwin, Sue Bard of 
Jackson, Timothy and Loretta Farrow of Hope, Michael Farrow of Gladwin; 
stepchildren, Shirley and William Beemer of Farwell, Alan and Muriel Armstrong 
of Stem, N.C.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three sisters, 
Margaret Krahner, and Lila Mae Mielke, both of Gladwin, and Louella Easlick of 
Farwell; and several nieces and nephews.
   He was preceded in death by one daughters, Patti Jo Farrow in 1964; two 
sons, Terry in 1972 and Thomas in 1974; one brother, Elmer Farrow; and one 
sister, Lois Ann Crozier. Services were held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Hall 
Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapter, with Rev. Mark Moore officiating. Burial was 
in Tobacco Township (Dale) Cemetery in Beaverton.
