10-YEAR OLD GIRL'S RITES ARE HELD

   Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock for Kathleen J. 
Fassett, 10-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Fassett of Beaverton. 
Kathleen passed away in the Midland Hospital following a day and a half of 
illness. Services were held at the Beaverton Church of the Brethren with the 
pastor, Rev. Ernest Jehnsen, officiating and interment was made in the Dale 
cemetery.
   Kathleen was born May 3, 1945 at Beaverton, and for the past several years 
has been attending the school for the deaf in Flint. Her survivors include her 
parents; six brothers, Kenneth of Dearborn, Richard, Sherman, Gordon, Robert, 
David, all at home; six sisters, Mrs. Paul Mishler Jr., and Mrs. Larry 
Anderson of Beaverton, Mrs Raymond McClain of Wichita, Kans., and Janie, Irene 
and Mary Lou at home.
