Gladwin County Record dated 02-04/1915 Column - 5 Page - 4
Mrs. Letitia Ferguson died Jan. 26, at her home in Tobacco township. She was 
born in Ireland Jan. 12, 1846, and was aged 69 years and 14 days. In 1863 she 
was married to David Scott and in 1864 came to New York. They moved to Gladwin 
county in 1878. Mr. Scott died in 1910.
   She was the mother of six children; three sons Will, James, and Norman 
Scott; three daughters, Mrs. Lida Lince, Mrs. Hattie Fairchild and Miss Maude 
Scott., who died in 1900. She was married to Finley Ferguson Feb. 7, 1912.
   Services were held at the residence Jan. 28 at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. 
Tiffany of Beaverton assisted by the Beaverton choir. Interment in Dale 
cemetery. The floral offerings were many and beautiful.
