Mrs. Irene F. Freeman, 55, of 1047 Guersney Rd., Beaverton, died suddenly 
Monday, Jan. 26, at her home. Born in Edenville on February 17, 1925, she had 
spent most of her life in Gladwin County. The former Irene Murphy, she was 
married to Eugene Freeman Jr. on August 21, 1943, in Beaverton.
   Besides her husband, she is survived by one son, Louis of Beaverton; 2 
daughters, Mrs. Arlene Adler and Judy Freeman of Billings, Mont.; her mother, 
Mrs. Violet Hammbacher of Edenville; one sister, Mrs. Belva Govitz of 
Beaverton and 3 grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from 
the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. The Rev. Bruce Hatch will officiate 
and burial will be in the Dale Cemetery.
