SERVICES THURSDAY FOR MRS. FRITZ

   Mrs. Bertha B. Fritz, 71, of Hay Township, died Monday following an illness 
of three weeks. She was born April 30, 1888 in Harbor Beach. The former Miss 
Bertha B. Ingles was married to Clarence M. Fritz, on December 23, 1905 in 
Standish. A Gladwin County resident for 54 years, she was a member of the Free 
Methodist Church, Gladwin.
   Survivors include her husband, Clarence M.; a daughter, Mrs. Peter Gee, of 
Beaverton; a son, C. Gordon Fritz, of Midland; 10 grandchildren; 17 great 
grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Nolan Fritz, of Atlanta, and Mrs. Louis 
Kalmbaugh, of Midland. A son, Orley, preceded her in death in 1935.
   Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Free Methodist 
Church, Gladwin. The Rev. Earl Fogelsonger and Rev. F. E. Voller will 
officiate and burial will in Arbutus Cemetery.
