Fry, 82, of Beaverton, a retired tool dresser for Sun Oil Co., died Friday, March 30, at the Gladwin Nursing Home following a long illness. Born in Findlay, Ohio, he was a resident of Gladwin County from 1927 to 1940 and from 1959 to his death. Mr. Fry was a life member of the Beaverton Masonic Lodge. He and the former Myrtle O. Shively were married January 29, 1918, in Findlay. She died October 1, 1961. Survivors are one niece, Mrs. Don Woodward of Findlay. Services were held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Hall Funeral Home in Beaverton with Elder Harold Keeley officiating and burial was in Dale Cemetery. A Masonic service was held Sunday evening.
