Catherine M. Gilbert, 76, of 3720 McCulloch Rd., Beaverton, died Thursday, 
March 24, 1993, in the Clare Nursing Home after a long illness. She was born 
in Oologan, Okla., Nov. 11, 1917, and moved to Gladwin County in 1980 from 
Pontiac.
   Surviving are 2 daughters, Mrs. James (Dorothy) Hudson of Beaverton and 
Mary Lee Lane of Arizona; one son, William Lane of Gladwin, 7 grandchildren 
and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother and a 
sister. 
   Graveside rites were held Monday at 1 p.m. in the Beaverton Cemetery with 
the Rev. David Stewart officiating. Gladwin County Record dated 03-30/1994

CORRECTION

   In the obituary of Catherine Gilbert last week the name of a daughter 
should have been Mary Lee Lane. Also the year of death should have been 1994
