ILLNESS FATAL TO ALBERT GREEN

   Albert N. Green, 52, died Friday evening at his Billings Township home 
after a two-year illness. He was born Oct. 13, 1907 at West Branch. A 
carpenter, Mr. Green was married Dec. 18, 1929, to the former Ione Winer at 
Detroit. They came to Billings Township from West Branch 15 years ago to make 
their home.
   Surviving are his wife, Ione; two sons, Airman 1/C Robert Green, Kalmagh 
Falls, Oregon, and PFC Gerald Green, Irvine, Calif.; his mother Mrs. Susan 
Green, of San Bernadino, Calif.; five brothers, August, Emery, and James, of 
West Branch. Karl, of Rose City, and Chester of Inkster; five sisters, Mrs. 
Emma Roman, San Bernadino; Mrs. Adelaine Kloching of Garden City, Mrs. 
Caroline Norton, and Mrs. Ann Hagerman, of West Branch, and Mrs. Lorraine 
Baldin, of Richmond, Ind.; and four grandchildren. 
   Funera services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Miner Funeral Home. The 
Rev. Carl Hilbert officiated and burial was in Dale Cemetery.
