Gladwin County Record dated 02-09/1977 Column - 6 Page - 3      
John E. (Jack) Hamilton, 79, of 3519 Lakeview Dr., Beaverton, died Thursday, 
Feb. 3, in the Gladwin Area Hospital following a short illness. He was born in 
Pittsburg, Pa., on October 27, 1897. Mr. Hamilton retired after 51 years as a 
plumber from Davis Brothers Contractors in Detroit and moved to his cottage at 
All-Bright Shores in 1962. He was a member of the All-Bright Shores F.O.E. Mr. 
Hamilton and the former Ella Baldwin were married on October 9, 1948, in Lucas 
County, Ohio.
   Besides his wife, he is survived by one brother, Edward of San Francisco, 
Calif. Services were held Monday at 11 a.m. from the Hall Funeral Home, 
Beaverton Chapel. The Rev. William Vroman officiated and burial was in the 
Billings Cemetery.
