MRS. HARPER'S SERVICES FRIDAY

   Services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. for Mrs. Myrta Harper, 84, of 
Beaverton. Mrs. Harper died Tuesday, Jan. 24, following a long illness. Born 
at Lyons, Ohio, March 2, 1882, she came with her parents to the Beaverton area 
in 1884. The former Myrta Fairchild and Bert Harper were married in 1910 at 
Beaverton and went to Washington D.C., in 1921. She was employed by the 
government. He preceded her in death in 1944. Mrs. Harper returned to 
Beaverton in 1961. 
   She is survived by one brother, Claud D. Fairchild, of Beaverton. The Rev. 
Lee G. Long will officiate at the services at the Hall Funeral Home and burial 
will be in Dale Cemetery.
