Haske, age 65, or Beaverton died October 1, 2004 at Bay Medical Center in Bay City following a short illness. He was born July 6, 1939 in Munger. On August 3, 1973 he married Joy Fogelsonger in Reese. He was a Lift Truck Operator for General Motors Buick Division in Flint until his retirement after 30 years in 1990. He was a veteran, having served in the United States Army. He had lived in Gladwin County since 1987, having previously resided in Bay City. He was a member of the Albright Shores Eagles Aerie 3655 and the Estey Moose Lodge #456. Surviving him are his wife, Joy Haske of Beaverton; his son, Ted Haske of Beaverton; his daughter, Natalie Ormsby of Essexville; grandchildren Jackie and Chip Ormsby; mother-in-law Helen Kuehnemund of Bay City; brothers Henry (Charlotte) Haske of Columbus, Ohio, Bob (Chris) Haske of Reese, and Don (Jacquine) Haske of Coleman; sisters Jean (Ray) Mourer of Frankenmuth, Judy (Irv) Letson of Fairgrove, and Bev (Pat) Enos, also of Fairgrove; and 21 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Ron Haske. Funeral services took place Monday, October 4 at Hall Funeral Home in Gladwin. Burial took place in Billings Township Cemetery, Beaverton.
